Hayford Village II is our 75 unit Condominium Subdivision. With the last new home completed and sold in April 2021, the Condo is now completed. All homes are deeded property with the land it is on, with full rights of ownership. Like any other Condominium, owners have a voting membership in a Condominium Owner's Association (COA), so you can have a say in the running of your neighborhood, and the maintenance thereof. Our current COA fees are just $48 per month, which provides Common Area snow removal and maintenance, Gate and Fence maintenance and common area insurance. Residents are responsible for all maintenance of their complete unit. .
