Hayford Village II is our growing Condominium Subdivision. You can purchase a new, quality Manufactured Home together with the land parcel it is on. At closing, the entire "unit" becomes deeded property, with full rights of ownership. Like any other Condominium, you will acquire a voting membership in a Home Owner's Association, so you can have a say in the running of your neighborhood, and the maintenance thereof. Our current HOA fees are just $48 per month.
